Please note that the below-shown terms and conditions and disclaimer have no connection with TeamViewer Gmbh. They were individually defined by a TeamViewer user.

TeamViewer is a third party tool provided by Teamviewer Gmbh and used by SAVV Srl ("SAVV") to assist clients. SAVV gives no warranty on TeamViewer tool and is not liable for any error or malfunction that TeamViewer may have or cause on a client's computer. SAVV has all the TeamViewer licenses required to use this tool.

By installing the TeamViewer tool and accepting SAVV's access request the client authorises SAVV to access the client's computer including any data stored on the computer that it may be reasonably necessary for SAVV to access.

The Client must provide reasonable cooperation to SAVV and maintain telephone contact with the SAVV Support Technician at all times and monitor tasks performed by the Support Technician remotely via the client's computer. Clients should therefore remain at their PC or device for the duration of the remote help session.

Client agrees and understands that use of the TeamViewer will result in SAVV temporarily taking remote control of the client's computer for the purpose of testing or attempting to resolve the issue reported by the client. The client shall be able to view SAVV's actions on the client's computer and therefore responsible for monitoring the performance and may instruct the SAVV representative to cease access at any time.

SAVV will use its best efforts not to access any of the client's personal data unless reasonably necessary to do so. However, when attempting to assist the client the SAVV representative may have access to other data on the client's computer and in such instances SAVV shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the client's information in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Client understands and agrees that SAVV shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages incurred for loss of business profits or revenue, loss of privacy, loss of use of any computer or software, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss), that result from or are related to the remote help session provided by SAVV.
