From time to time, SAVV discontinues products and services because of obsolete components and parts. When a product reaches its end of life (EOL), we are committed to communicating important milestones throughout the EOL period. In order to notify our end customers and channel partners, SAVV, in reasonable advance, provides a specific End-of-support date for a given product (besides its current status) through our web site. For hardware items indicated with "Limited quantity available" new orders will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis for excess inventory not already committed to backlog. "End-of-support" designates a date when a product will no longer be supported. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable. All future dates are close approximations and subject to change. Limitations to support services for a given product may apply, even before the End-of-support date, due to external factors beyond the control of SAVV (including, without express limitation to, the unavailability of spare parts). SAVV reserves the right to change its EOL policy as it deems appropriate.
